If required, we will provide you with the address of an institution in Germany to obtain a second opinion. For this service we charge an amount of 20, -Euro. After receipt of payment, you will receive the address of the institution, contact person and telephone number as soon as possible. The dispatch is aimed within two working days by e-mail, on request also by telephone, if not otherwise possible. For difficult requests, it may take longer. If no information is sent to you via thesecond opinion centre, 20 euros will be refunded. The mediation of a specific appointment for a second opinion can be arranged under certain circumstances; however, the costs of the time expenditure must be agreed individually due to the different situations according to the question.
